• What kind of content do you accept to make my AI counterpart?

Currently, we can process YouTube and Spotify content, and manually inputted questions and answers to personalize your AI counterpart. We’re soon expanding to support MP4, MP3, PDF, TXT, websites, blogs, and Google Drive content. 

• How do you know when to show my clients/users my videos?

SelfActualize.AI utilizes a process called Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG), allowing us to recognize when a video you’ve created is particularly relevant to a user’s unique situation, question, or concern. For example, if a user is struggling with crafting a resume, a highly-relevant video on resume writing could be displayed, but an entirely different video would be shown if the user’s focus is on maintaining a self-care routine. 

• How can SelfActualize.AI save me time?

Managing client relationships while running a business can be overwhelming. SelfActualize.AI helps you stay connected with past, present, and future clients effortlessly. Our platform not only introduces you to new clients, but also enhances the coaching experience for your existing ones, and maintains your past relationships all without additional effort on your part.

• What if someone says something inappropriate to my AI persona? 

We have implemented various guardrails to recognize and respond to mental health crises as well as inappropriate or off-topic language. Our platform prioritizes user safety, and we do not tolerate abuse. We are committed to directing users to appropriate resources when needed.

• Do you have permission to offer coaching by AI versions of experts? 

Absolutely. Every coach featured on our platform is endorsed. We believe collaboration is where the magic happens, so we partner with well-qualified coaches to fine-tune the AI-coaching experience to their skillset and communication style. We draw on a coach’s written, video, and audio content to create a truly personalized experience for every user.

• How can I share my AI experience with clients?

If you become an endorsed coach, you’ll receive a custom link that allows users to bypass the coach selection process and connect directly with your AI counterpart. You’re also welcome to share the platform with anyone who might benefit from it, even if you’re not an endorsed coach. In this case, encourage users to sign up with whatever coach mostly closely aligns with their goals. 

• How is my data secured?

Data privacy and security is incredibly important to us. Besides using industry best practices when storing data (encrypted at rest in cloud providers, etc.), we additionally separately encrypt conversations, goals, and activity to provide further privacy and security as well as redact information where we can once processed.
