We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:
(a) Personal Data You Provide: We may collect Personal Data if you create an account to use our Services or communicate with us including your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send.
(b) From Recordings. We record audio and/or video of your coaching sessions on the Service. You may opt out of session recording in your discretion.
(c) From Your Activity. We automatically collect certain information from visitors to our websites and users of our Services. Such information includes, without limitation, your IP address, browser type and language, domain names, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the websites and/or the Service you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Service. The information we collect automatically may include your contact information and we may maintain it or associate it with contact information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. Additionally, we collect certain internet or electronic activity information when you receive an email for our sales and marketing purposes, such as when you open the email and if you click any links within it.
(d) Cookies and similar technologies. We may use web beacons, tags, flash cookies, HTML5, scripts and other technologies (“Data Tools”) in the Service or in emails to help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. We may receive reports based on the use of Data Tools by our service/analytics providers on an individual and aggregated basis.
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Website owners can use cookies for a variety of reasons that can include enabling their websites to work (or work more efficiently), providing personalized content and advertising, and creating website analytics.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, us) are called “first-party cookies”. Only the website owner can access the first-party cookies it sets. Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called “third-party cookies”. Third-party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g. like advertising, interactive content and social sharing). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your device both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits other websites that have partnered with them.
Further general information about cookies and how they work is available at www.allaboutcookies.org. You can set your browser to accept all cookies, to reject all cookies, or to notify you whenever a cookie is offered so that you can decide each time whether to accept it. However, refusing a cookie may in some cases preclude you from using, or negatively affect the display or function of, a website or certain areas or features of a website.
(e) Third-Party Analytics Providers. We may use one or more third–party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) on the Service, to evaluate your use of the Service, compile reports on activity (based on their collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, data and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Service you visit, number of links clicked, search terms and other similar usage data), and analyze performance metrics.
